Supplements have made a big difference in how I show up day to day. From brain fog to mood swings, having the right support can really change your overall wellbeing, especially when your nervous system needs extra love.

I don't overdo it, the ones that help me most are supplements like Rhodiola Rosea, omega-3s, magnesium, and of course, creatine (for both mind and muscle). They support focus, stress resilience, and overall well-being in ways that I can actually feel.

It's just so relieving when your brain feels calm and like it's not running on empty. Supplements are just one more way in which you can support your mind and body (if you feel you need that extra support, of course).
