Item 6: Life-saving Apps

There's apps that are life savers for keeping me in check. When I have a lot going on, my brain turns into a browser with 47 tabs open, and half of them are laggy. This is where my to-do list, app blocking, and calendar apps step in and save the day.

I use them to brain dump everything at once so I don't have to keep it in my head (since well... I'd forget in record time). When I don't have my physical to-do lists, just getting the chaos out and onto a screen brings relief. Plus, checking things off feels like a little hit of dopamine!

Even if I don't stick to the plan perfectly, having one helps me feel more grounded and on tracl, like I have a map instead of wandering aimlessly through the day.

The Best App!
