Item 9: Pets / Routine

Having a pet has been one of the most grounding and healing parts of my routine. My dog isn't just a companion, she's a gentle alarm clock, emotional regulator, and built-in reminder to slow down and stay present.

Walking her gets me outside, feeding her gives my day a schedule, loving her reminds me what really matters, and when my mind feels scattered, her little routines help me reset mine without pressure. She gives structure to even the messiest days and offers unconditional comfort when things feel overwhelming. Even if it sounds a bit dramatic, it's hard to explain just how much my Triana has saved me, again and again.
