Item 3: App Blockers

App blockers are truly a life-saving tool when it comes to keeping me on track. With ADHD, it's so easy to unknowingly get caught up in the quick dopamine that social media, or even games on our phone, provide.

Using an app blocker allows me to create intentional limits around my screen time. I often set it up when I'm studying, working, or even just trying to relax. It's like a gentle nudge back into presence, helping me resist the pull of endless digital stimulation.

To me, it's not about cutting out all fun, it's about creating space for focus, rest, and intentional breaks. My favorite part? When the block starts and I remember: "oh yeah, I actually don't need to check that app right now."
