Item 11: Reminders

Reminders are like gentle nudges from my future self. My favorite method has to be a notification from my reminders/calendar app. The reminders keep my brain from trying to hold everything at once, and help jog my flooded memory. Honestly, they're tiny lifesavers.

I use them for all sorts of things. Taking my meds, replying to messages, appointments, chores, or even just remembering to take a break. There's no shame in external support. Neurodivergent brains tend to thrive with visible cues, and reminders help me follow through, especially when I make them hard to ignore.
