Item 14: A Playlist for Everything
Music is pure magic. I have a playlist for focus, one for cleaning, one for walks, one for journaling, and at least one or two for more emotional moments (no shame). Music shifts my energy like nothing else can, it redirects overthinking, turns tasks into rituals, and keeps me in the moment.
Sometimes I need something soft and soulful to soothe my mind, and other times I something more intense that makes my brain feel alive. Having the right soundtrack makes even the mundane feel meaningful.
