Item 19: Crisis Cards

When everything feels like it's spinning too fast, these cards can be an anchor. They remind me to take a sip of water, slow down, breathe, and remember that I've made it through hard things before.

It can even be as simple as a private note on your phone. Some of cards have grounding steps, others have affirmations or reminders of what's true. Or even a break down of the steps I've taken previously to overcome those hard moments. crisis card
